About NetIDs and Passwords
Sakai uses the same NetID username as other Notre Dame systems. To change your password, as long as you remember it, you may use the Password Reset Page .
If you don’t remember your password, and haven’t signed up yet for the Forgotten Password Service, the OIT Help Desk can enable you to change it. More information is available at the Password Help Page.
Select Preferred Email
For users with NetID’s, your Sakai account is linked to the version of your email address you have identified as your “Preferred Email Address.” This selection, and other Notre Dame directory information about you can be changed by logging in to the ND Enterprise Directory Service . Login and click the link "Email Options."
Please allow 1-2 days for a change made in this system to reach Sakai. Sending and receiving email through Sakai requires that your Preferred Email account in Enterprise Directory Services matches the email address associated with your NetID in Sakai.
